She used the website Compass as our tool for identifying homes on the market that fit my specifications, and created an itinerary for us to check out the homes I identified as interested. This itinerary provided a complete background of each location and also travel instructions to each location on the day we selected to check them all out. She also communicated with all the sellers agents promptly to ensure we would be able to view the homes during our preferred time slots.
Kelsey was always responsive via email and text and whenever I had questions after looking at a location, and once I found the right place she provided a full guide and went through it with me regarding how we will take next steps in putting an offer down and moving into escrow. She helped me identify areas where we could negotiate the price and she listened to my thoughts on where I felt we could go lower and worked with me on making that happen.
I never felt like I was being pushed into buying a place for a price I was unhappy with. She hand-held me the entire way through so I didn't feel uncomfortable or unease about any part of the process.

With covid and everything we weren't sure if this was feasible because of the market, and how competitive homes are especially here in Southern California. Given I don't live in the area, I could not make it down to view the properties every day and Kelsey made it very easy for us - she took videos of properties and the surrounding areas. She is very responsive - constantly texting me back or giving me frequent update calls. Kelsey also isn't one that just sits and waits for things to come to her.
